However, nutrition and how a woman takes care of herself are ways she can have a healthier pregnancy and thus, a healthier baby. We will explore the foods you and your family enjoy, try new foods, experience different recipes and discuss the link between what you eat and a healthy baby. All that nourishes you is not food.
