My job as a health coach is to help people understand their intrinsic motivation for change. I believe everyone knows deep down what nourishes them. I also understand that what nourishes people is not just food. I help you remember and recognize what truly nourishes you, so you can organize your life around what's most important to you! My job is to stand as a witness to your change as you embrace your goals.
