It’s What Nourishes You is the mission of Habits of Wellness. Nourishment comes from a variety of sources, not just food. What Nourishes You is what keeps your life in balance. To have a life in balance, you need to have some aspect of all healthy habits in your life. With some of these Habits of Wellness, you may be very strong; in others, you may need some coaching to improve. For example, if you are not in balance with the Habit of Healthy Eating, it may look like craving or binging. In Katia’s experience, craving and binging are often just life’s message that life is out of balance. Going for the pizza is often not an issue of hunger, but a lack of nourishment in another area of life. Therefore, one of the strategies for healthy eating is making sure that you are well nourished in all aspects of life.
